There is a difference between saying someone is 'unintelligent' and not
expecting them to figure out on their own that in order to solve their
bandwidth problem they should install something called yum-presto.

Right. The issue isn't whether people would be able to install the
package, it's whether they'd be aware that they ought to be installing
it in the first place.


which is why, I thought, we have documentation.
