IMHO the Requires: aspell-en should come back. English is the default
everywhere (*), I think it's a reasonable expectation that English should
always work even if there's no langpack installed. Those odd packages which
have a langpack for US English should drag it in by default.

(*) except for the odd broken program which has the default "C" locale
messages in French, AFAIK there's one of those in RPM Fusion, those ought
to be fixed as "C" is supposed to be US English; programs using British
spelling in the default locale should also be fixed
