I am quite surprised to totally agree with you this time ;-), and I am even more surprised to finally a situation where actually technology could help to resolve interpersonal problems, but I think if somebody skilled in programming Perl (hint, hint) would work on https:// bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=189813 (and its upstream counterparts), situation of our reporters COULD improve.
