You should probably talk to the people who craft the Live Desktop image and the harddrive install that results from it. If the point of this is to target new users with little to no prior Fedora experience, then it will need to be incorporated into the live desktop experience as a priority. I wouldn't shoot for trying to figure out how to make it work everywhere for all possible install scenarios on the first attempt.
