Nicolas, you're mixing two different things. Patrice nailed it on the head in his top post. Your "certain flags in the US" is case 2, while a country-wide ban is case 1. Besides, this whole debate goes so much outside of Fedora' scope that it's almost pointless. This is a FOSS-wide debate, and mostly an upstream debate at that.
