That is why it didn't happen.

F11-preview had firefox-3.1-0.11.beta3.fc11, current f11 has
firefox-3.5-0.20.beta4.fc11 which is the next beta from beta3 (mozilla
decided to rename ff 3.1 to 3.5 in the meantime).

I for one am very happy with both ff and thunderbird as they are
currently in f11. Both are massive improvements over their predecessors.
