Not a lot.  The annoying thing is that the system will let you install
32-bit and 64-bit devel packages concurrently, and it *looks like*
that should be useful for something.  It isn't at the moment, because
of the foo-config-binary problem.  As a packager I'd feel better if
I weren't shipping packages containing such a bogosity.
