Can you give me more info please.

Just to be clear, this is a problem happening as part of the install
process?  I want to make sure about that.
What was the media image you used for the install?  We have several
and to try to confirm this we need to make sure we use the one you
used.
Did you run media check during the install?
Fresh install or upgrade?
Can you reproduce this on a new fresh install attempt using newly burned media?
