Load might be slightly inaccurate.  Simply reducing build time is more correct,
as even on the fastest builder it takes around 15 minutes to build because the
docs stuff is not parallel and the makefiles for it make my brain hurt.

I tried to get it disabled entirely, but that didn't seem to go over well.
