We turn off debuginfo completely at the moment.  It's arguably not
useful for cross targets, since we don't (yet) have gdb for those
anyway.

But it would be useful to have some more pointers and help here.

Note that some packages could build binaries for several architectures
at once, and would need to generate separate debuginfo for them.
