Would be nice if that was in texlive somewhere (heck, it might be!).

That's not a license. Its a mangled translation at best. However, it did
stir my memory:

http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/non-gnu/chinese-fonts-truetype/LICENSE

So, at least those two items are taken care of, thanks. Want some more
to try to hunt down? :)
