As I said before in [1] the new guidelines has at least bad explanation about
fonts which are used to create internal documentation like *.pdf from *.tex.
In my case [1] the *.ttf has been shipped under %{_docdir}. 

And actually this font file is attached to package during generation
documentation via doxygen [2]. 

I consider is not a bug at all in case of jack-audio-connection-kit-devel. The
way to follow by rules is to patch doxygen.
