Please resolve this as soon as possible.


If you're a (co)maintainer for python-igraph, then yes you need to
address it.  The things that weren't auto-rebuilt for the python bump
either had closed ACLs or failed to build from source.
Alternatively, stop using ACL's and let others help you.
