It is not the same. Fedora with LTS would be going from bleeding edge to
stability, RHEL+EPEL is always stability. And the release schedules are
very different, there are meny times when the next RHEL release is too
distant in the future, so some intermediate fedora release being LTS
would be different from RHEL+EPEL in this perspective too.
