Hi, > I've already tried to contact people on IRC, but I was getting "we don't > care, go away" feeling. So, once again, just to make sure Workstation SIG > is aware. There's this blocker: Who did you chat with ? kraxel posted a branch that fixes the issue this morning: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1491320#c45 I chatted with labbott and jforbes just now. They said they're going to do an incremental build with this change after they get the kernel 4.13.8 update out. I don't think we should fall back to xorg, personally. We should be trying to get away from xorg as much as we can. LET'S NOT BACKSLIDE IF WE CAN HELP IT. If we can't come up with a targeted kernel fix, we could probably revert the atomic changes right? There's no reason to do userspace workarounds afaict. But anyway, seems like there's a kernel fix ready to go in, so shouldn't come to kernel commit reverts or to userspace workarounds. --Ray _______________________________________________ desktop mailing list -- desktop@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to desktop-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
