Hi Jan, As a long time follower of this bug, I would like to also point out: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1490351 Which is related, some (most?) of the gjs crashes (bringing gnome-shell down) have been resolved for me with 1.48.7, but F27 is missing the fixes for this. Given that the old systray compat stuff is gone and we now officially advice TopIcon for people who need systray icons, I believe we really MUST fix the gjs fixes missing from F27 before F27 final.
