OpenH264 is of limited use because it works for WebRTC only. It cannot

I believe it works for playing back videos, but is blocked by SELinux.
Firefox does not use OpenH264 to play any video, it's not implemented on
Firefox side because OpenH264 is not usable for that and there's also
missing audio codec. Firefox uses ffmpeg for H264 video playback.
