Yes, this sounds very similar.  It _seems_ to have gotten better over the past few days so maybe an update has mostly resolved it.  I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade to F25 just yet as I'm really starting to feel my "groove" with F24.

ps T440* was kind of a disaster anyway with no physical mouse buttons. :-(
So stay away if you can IMO though otherwise it works well enough.
