So far as I can see, this isn't exposed in nm-connection-editor yet; it
needs to be, as probably auto-detection of metered connections can
never be perfect. But yeah, it seems like the obvious place to start.

actually started in Software and got pushed 'down the stack' into NM,
so I expect Software already supports it; I don't know if dnf does,
though.
