Best source for such data is bugzilla, something along these lines:

Xwayland:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=MODIFIED&classification=Fedora&component=xorg-x11-server&f1=blocked&o1=equals&product=Fedora&query_format=advanced&short_desc=xorg-x11-server-Xwayland&short_desc_type=anywordssubstr

Xorg:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=MODIFIED&classification=Fedora&component=xorg-x11-server&f1=blocked&o1=equals&product=Fedora&query_format=advanced&short_desc=xorg-x11-server-Xorg&short_desc_type=anywordssubstr

gnome-shell/mutter
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=MODIFIED&classification=Fedora&component=gnome-shell&component=mutter&f1=blocked&o1=equals&product=Fedora&query_format=advanced&short_desc=killed&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr

This can certainly be improved, for example, filter the gnome-shell/mutter bugs that apply to Wayland only.

HTH,
Cheers,
