coredumpctl is not an end user bug reporting tool. We don't need it to
be -- we have ABRT that. coredumpctl is a tool for developers. It's
awesome and upstream and cross-distro. Now that we can have coredumpctl
and ABRT at the same time, enabling it seems like an easy choice to me.
