How is this going to get rolled out? Will it move from f23
updates-testing to updates for all Fedora 23 users shortly after
Fedora 24 final go happens?

Is there any concern about Software 3.20 being on Fedora 23 for users
not immediately upgrading? i.e. should there be some testing of Fedora
23 updates (not a F24 upgrade) with the new version tool to make sure
there isn't breakage for Fedora 23 users who might stick with F23 for
another 6 months?
