I'd like to take most of this stuff *out* of the release annoucement,
and move to release notes.

I'd like the annoucement to be mainly targeted at new or casual users,
and for each of the editions, I think we want just

 - the quick elevator pitch (OS system for your laptop or desktop computer
   targeted at developers)

 - a one-liner describing the most exciting new things (maybe that's
   just "updated GNOME, which is much shinier")

 - an action statement — "For a better desktop experience which fits
   your daily workflow, download Fedora Workstation now"

except, probably, different words.
