It's KDE-focused, but could apply to Workstation as well. It's mostly a
websites request, but it seems like the kind of request which should be
either supported or decided against for $REASONS by the WG first.
FWIW, Workstation's download page already fairly prominently features
the netinstall images. The reporter was looking at the KDE spin download
page which does not.

IIRC we did this because when we first rolled out getfedora.org, users
were downloading the netinstall images from the Server page to install
Workstation and it seemed silly to make them do that.
