Of course, the easiest thing (at least in the short term) is to just not
create that issue in the first place, and keep libreoffice in the
default install.

I think we should probably make 'target size' a topic in the next
meeting and come to an agreed on number for both download size and
install size. Otherwise, we'll keep dithering between 'lets add this
useful thing!' and 'lets remove this big thing!'
