Some of them, including myself, have recently subscribed because of the Workstation Working Group, which is a new effort we're just getting started. The WG is trying hard to work with the community and through the processes set by FESCo and the Board. I don't have insight as to what you're talking about on this part, but if you have list or bug links that would be helpful. I'm sure you're aware that most existing ARM boards lack suitable video drivers and GNOME3 makes extensive use of accelerated video.
