Personally I find this colour just a tad too blue.

The strange thing is, that I actually "like" the email window being
white, however the default nautilus background colour I set to "cement"
I think that's the one. As I find this MUCH nicer on the eyes when
browsing my file system.

To date I'm not entirely sure why I want the white in the email/word
documents. But I need the grey in the nautilus window.
