Plunker is finicky to share - the run.plnkr.co link only works while the
plunk itself is running in your browser (assuming you're looking at the
edit screen), and even then the run stops after a couple of minutes of
no editing to the files.
I've had some success by freezing the plunk and then sharing the edit
URL. I use the github integration though to store versions, and I'm not
sure if this approach would work without that enabled.

Yep, definitely! The thought there is that the button would appear when
you hover; only Atomic's button is shown just as an example of what it'd
look like on hover (I know it's unclear without reading the explanation.)
