The generator for that wallpaper inside the source was written in ruby and can be used as a starting point. In addition, it would be great to adapt Nuancier to automatically generate files from supplemental wallpapers with their respective authors and licenses for the incoming beta release. As the majority of design team lacks experience of building a package and got busy, a front-end to automatically create such wallpaper will be welcome for future release.
