Hi Andrew! Thanks for sharing. The wallpaper collection is done through
the Fedora Design team, and they have a standard process for that every
release. For Feodra 23, that just opened up. Take a look at:

Retaining copyright is definitely okay. However, to be used in Fedora,
they'll need to be under an approved content license.
