Kamil is spot on. In particular, this means that the only way to encode a fully transparent pixel with premultiplied alpha is using (0, 0, 0, 0). Which is obviously not the case for the cursors on the attached screenshots, so those cursors don't use valid premultiplied alpha encoding.
