[PATCH] drm/irq: More pipe/crtc consistency cleanups

Commit cc1ef118fc09 ("drm/irq: Make pipe unsigned and name consistent")
missed a few occurrences of int pipe/crtc across various rebases. Clean
the remaining ones up now.
