The problem exist from web video playback (HTML5 or Flash video) to VLC and
Parole.

It is affecting everything. Playback settings are the default on (X)ubuntu.

I already bisect kernel versions but I can't with commit bisect. I am novice
user and build a custom kernel to find the commit is too hard for me.
