[PATCH v2 3/5] dt-bindings: nvmem: convert zii,rave-sp-eeprom.txt to yaml format

Convert device tree binding doc zii,rave-sp-eeprom.txt to yaml format.
Additional changes:
- Add ref to nvme.yaml.
- Add reg property.
- Remove mfd at example.
