This patch implements drm_plane_helper_funcs.get_scanout_buffer for primary plane, enabling meson-drm to work with drm_panic. This implementation tries to use current framebuffer as scanout buffer. In case of AFBC enabled, we disable the decoder path and adjust OSD1 parameters in get_scanout_buffer to make the buffer linear. Tested on TTY and Wayland session (Sway).
