[PATCH 2/2] dma-buf: heaps: system_heap support DMA_HEAP_IOCTL_ALLOC_AND_READ

Example for DMA_HEAP_IOCTL_ALLOC_AND_READ used in system_heap.

By this, it will both alloc memory and trigger IO to load file
into each batched allocated memory.
