would be good to keep in in the atmel_hlcdc/atmel namespace thus, rename it
something like:

*atmel_hlcdc*_update_buffers()

to avoid conflicting with any subsystem specific APIs, if any. And also
keep consistency with the rest of the HLCDC driver code.
