Team fortress 2 with R600_DEBUG=sb,ps,vs

As far as I can tell, it's not related to the map (tried 3 different, both
online and offline) and video settings (happens with every setting on "low" and
"high").

The reproducer for me is just "try to play on a map", if that doesn't work for
you, I can help diagnose and debug it remotely.
