[PATCH] drm/amd/pm: Clean up errors in sienna_cichlid_ppt.c

Fix the following errors reported by checkpatch:

ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxV)
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxW)
