[PATCH v2 10/11] fbdev: Remove FB_DEFAULT_SYS_OPS

Remove the initializer macro FB_DEFAULT_SYS_OPS and its helper macro
__FB_DEFAULT_SYS_OPS_MMAP. There are no users.
