Nit: just one platform now, but please don't send a v18 for that :)

This is the reason I find these changelogs-above-the-cut so silly in the
DRM subsystem: it is now longer than both the patch description *and
contents*, and absolutely *useless* to future readers of this patch in
git history.

Not something you have to (or can) address Kuogee, but I'll keep sending
my submissions with the changelog *below* the cut (or in the cover
letter) until someone complains.
