Fixes the following DT bindings check error:
domain-idle-states: cluster-sleep-0: 'idle-state-name', 'local-timer-stop' do not match any of the regexes:
'pinctrl-[0-9]+'
domain-idle-states: cluster-sleep-1: 'idle-state-name', 'local-timer-stop' do not match any of the regexes:
'pinctrl-[0-9]+'
