Yes, these are all really old pixel formats :-)

Ideally we would unify the drm and v4l2 formats to new defines shared among
the two subsystems. I believe that was attempted some years back. In the end,
it was just decided to keep them separate, i.e. it wasn't worth the effort.

So unless someone wants to restart that idea, I think we should just stick to
what we have today, warts and all.
