[PATCH v2] drm/fb: Improve drm_framebuffer.offsets documentation

Fix various spelling and grammar mistakes in the kerneldoc comments
documenting the offsets member in the drm_framebuffer structure:
  - s/laytou/layout/,
  - Add missing "is",
  - s/it/its/.
