IS_ENABLED(x) evaluates to 1 when (x == 'y' || x == 'm')
IS_MODULE(x) evaluates to 1 when              (x == 'm')

....this means that a IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_TYPEC) check is enough, and
the latter is redundant.
