The better path:
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/soc/mediatek/mediatek,mdp-rdma.yaml

Does this mdp-rdma has relation with mdp3-rdma [1]? If the hardware are
compatible, I think the binding document could be squashed. If no
relation, I think mdp-rdma could be placed in display folder.
