I'd suggest changing to:

Then you can pass boolean to SSPP_BLK rather than a repeating set of
DRM_MODE_ROTATE constants.

Or you can add & use two defines: one for the SSPPs supporting
rotation, another one for SSPPs not supporting inline rotation.
