I think I get what you're doing here (tbh kinda suprised it doesn't work
like this already), but first a bikeshed:

Pls do s/_rmv/_del/ over the entire thing (and maybe also amd code). I
went pretty seriously wtf is this read-modify-violate thing doing here :-)

So either spell out _remove or just go with the linux standard _add/_del
if you want to have the same length for neater alignment of both.

I also think if we move this into ttm then the kerneldoc should explain a
bit better what's going on (this patch kinda makes the neat kerneldoc you
added already a bit obselete in the same patch series). Maybe even an
example of where you should embed the bulk move object, how the locking
works, stuff like that.

Also I think at least in debug mode we should validate this more, to make
sure it's always correct. Stuff like walking the full bulk section when
lockdep is enabled and checking they're _all_ locked.

One question about locking below, but aside from these nits I like the
idea to move bulk lru moving into ttm!
