The fb_init_device() and fb_cleanup_device() functions only register and unregister sysfs attributes as their initialization and cleanup logic. Let's rename these functions to better match what they actually do. There's only a call to dev_set_drvdata() that's not related to the sysfs registration, so move it to the do_register_framebuffer() function which is where the device is created.
