It's fine with manual load dtb and uImage.

I refer to u-boot doc , U-BOOT-SOURCE/doc/uImage.FIT/kernel.its
you can just change the PATH('data = ' filed) of my stm32.its.
you can correct bootargs in u-boot, try again
